Diploma in a business related field
At least 1 Year of working Experience
Exposure in a customer service, sales/credit control or call centre environment is an added advantage
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Strong customer engagement & relationship management
Proficiency in MS office,excel & word with proficiency in using collection system
